In Close to my village there is a very beautiful forest but no one wanted to go there. One day I am passing through that forest with my bicycle, I heard, someone crying. When I reached there and stepped down, I found one man sited below the banyan tree with their pet. When I asked why are you weeping? He doesn’t answer me but his way of seeing gives me a pain. Which make my heart also to weep? After that I came back to home. Sometime later I forgotten that event and started doing my daily job. I wake early morning at 4 am and go on long walk thereafter take a cup of tea, later I take bath and at 6 am I am on breakfast table ready with my bag (which contains syllabus books, one novel and my lunch box) to go to school. I like all classes specially Mr. Tripathi’clases, he teach us language and I like this class because in this lecture we hear a lot of stories. The way in which he teaches us we became the part of that story. In game period I like to play badminton. In my class so many student are there but there is a girl which is very different and live always alone. She has no friends and keeps herself busy in study. One day I started tracking her to know about her, after class she prefer to go library so I also go there some time earlier and hide myself behind a self and started waiting very curiously but yet I don’t know why I am doing this. When she entered I became more alert so that she can’t see me. She takes a book from shelf and started reading after reading 1 or 2 paragraphs she writes some line in her dairy. After one and half hour she leaves the library. But at that time I am so concentrated on her that I don’t seen which book she is reading and where she putted back the book. As bell rings indicated that school time is over we all are in hurry to go home but I yet following her maintain some distance so that she can’t see me. But when I saw my watch, its 5 pm so I took road which goes to my home. At home I go to my room and took bed and now I am in sleep. Mom started calling hey wake up its evening why are you sleeping. Take a breakfast and go to play, your dad also have to come. You both are same, he also take after coming from duty.
I am a 17 year old boy, my father doing job in private firm, his office is in city far away from our house, so he generally return late to home. My mom is house wife, she always takes care of us and we live in small village happily. In our village there is no facility of electricity so kerosene lamp started blinking with air as night comes on the door and we keep waving a hard sheet to feel free from heat. At 7 pm dad entered to home, he is in sad mood. As mom asked him the reason, he said, “my friend’s son who goes regularly to the forest is today died, doctor saying that, the poison due to which he died is of a snake”. By hearing this, the incident occurred with me some time earlier automatically came in mind like which has occurring live. So my doubt on the girl increased. In night I don’t get a good sleep, Full night I am thinking about that incident and about the girl of my school. So today I wake up late but I am in hurry to go school so that I can get a glimpse of that girl. As I reached school I saw her, today she is happier in comparison of other days. Again I started following her activities. After class she again repeated her daily routine of going to library but today I want to know which book she studying daily. As she left the library I reached the shelf and got that book. The title of book is “What makes snake stronger”, now I am in a deep dilemma, why she reading such type of book or she is? Today’ night again I don’t have a good sleep; again and again her smiling face came in my mind. I started thinking, what’s the reason? Why is she happy today? And how night passed I couldn’t know. Today when I am in the way to school, decided to follow her till her home, so that I can see her home and know about her family.
Wake up son, wake up! By hearing mom’s voice I come back to real world but still I am thinking that, this was a dream or reality!
